Founded by Katrinia Colean, KC Creative Space was created from a simple dream—to build a place where creativity brings people together. We wanted more than just an event venue; we envisioned a space where families, friends, entrepreneurs, artists, and the community could gather to create, celebrate, collaborate, and connect.

Something exciting is always happening at KC Creative Space. We're hosting brand-new ticketed experiences all season — kids' nights, mimosa hangouts, DIY door hangers, glass etching, cake decorating, and more. Pricing varies by experience, typically $10–$65 per person.

Book BalconyReservation Policy & Post-Event Charges
A non-refundable reservation retainer of $175 is required to secure Silver, Gold, and Platinum Experience bookings. The retainer is applied toward the total balance. Lounge Room and Balcony Experiences require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Silver, Gold & Platinum: $175 retainer due at booking, credited toward your total — not an extra fee.
- The retainer is non-refundable, whether or not your event takes place as scheduled.
- Silver, Gold & Platinum remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
- Prefer to pay it all upfront? After booking, we send two invoices — the $175 retainer and a pay-in-full option — so you can choose whichever works best for you.
- Every invoice supports card and Afterpay / buy-now-pay-later on the secure Square payment page.
- Lounge and Balcony are paid in full at the time of booking — no separate retainer or balance.
- No card is kept on file for any Experience rental. If there is any documented damage, excessive cleaning, or time overage, we'll send a separate invoice due within 7 days of your event.

Please note: to allow time for cleaning and any overage, we block 1.5× the length of your reservation on the calendar — for example, a 2-hour rental holds a 3-hour window. Your event time is not shortened; the extra time is buffer around it.
