We've received your booking request and signed rental agreement. Your reservation is currently being reviewed, and we'll follow up with your deposit invoice and full confirmation shortly. Your deposit is a separate, non-refundable booking fee that secures your date — it is not credited toward your remaining balance. Your remaining balance (your package price) will be invoiced separately, due 14 days before your event.

- You'll receive a deposit invoice and confirmation email within 24–48 hours.
- We'll contact you to discuss your event layout, setup, décor, and any special requests.
- The remaining balance will be invoiced according to your package terms, due 14 days before your event.
